Safe Surgery System features at the launch of new AIDC European Centre of Excellence

The European Centre of Excellence for Automatic Identification and Data Capture in Halifax was opened on the 20th November and features leading auto idenfication solutions from agricultural, industry, commerce and, of course, healthcare. Since opening they have welcomed visitors from many countires including New Zealand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the USA and across Europe. Representative of healthcare applications, the Safe Surgery System is installed at the centre to show how auto identification of patients using RFID can safeguard a clinical process and make it more efficient.
